Jessica Scott is from West Jordan, Utah, but has lived in the wonderful city of Logan, Utah for the last eight years. She enjoys many things including, but not limited to kayaking, coloring, eating good food, and Star Trek. In high school, she played on the soccer team as well as the school marching band.
One day, when Ms. Scott was a junior high student herself, she was walking down the hallway to band class and she was suddenly struck with the thought that she wanted to teach junior high one day. Since then, she attended to Utah State University (go Aggies!) and received a bachelor’s degree in music education. Ms. Scott also lived in a Hispanic community in Arizona where she learned to speak Spanish.
Ms. Scott is so excited to start her teaching career here at ELA!
Live long and prosper.
