Immunization Requirements for all Students
5 DTP/DTaP/DT
4 Polio/IPV
2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
3 Hepatitis B
2 Hepatits A
2 Varicella (Chicken Pox)
Requirements for students entering Junior High
All students entering junior high are also required to have the following:
1 Tdap (tetanus booster)
1 Meningococcal
For children whose parents claim an exemption to immunization for medical, religious, or personal reasons, their legally responsible individual must complete an online immunization education module at www.immunize-utah.org or in-person consultation at a local health department. A copy of the certificate must be presented to the school.
For a medical exemption from the required immunizations, a completed vaccination exemption form and a written notice signed by a licensed healthcare provider must be presented to the school.

- Schoolwide newsletters are emailed each week, typically on Monday's.

-Aspire for grades, attendance/tardies for Elementary Students. Canvas for Junior High Students for grades.
-Our school app (Early Light Academy)
-ELA Chatbot (during office hours). We send periodic messages about upcoming events or important information.
-ELA is also connected to the SafeUT app [Android or Apple] to receive crisis and safety tips.
